Transform your home or company office into a unique jewelry experience for an evening!
Browse through our entire range of jewelry together with your best friends, colleagues, etc. in a cozy atmosphere and experience all the styles up close - trying on jewelry is not only allowed, it is even encouraged! ✌🏻
This is how the jewelry pop-up event works
✦ You take care of your guests and catering, and we take care of the sparkling "program"!
✦ We pack up our entire range and all jewelry displays and come to your venue. Please make sure there is at least a large table area (approx. 200 x 100 cm, e.g. two beer tables) so that the jewelry can be perfectly presented.
✦ During the event, you and your guests can look at all the pieces of jewelry, try them on and receive advice from me, Claudia 👋🏻.
You can shop for styles shown on site or order “made to order” styles and custom-made items that will be delivered later by post (see FAQ for information).
✦ As a host, you will receive a voucher worth 40€ , which you can use directly on the day of the event!
✦ You and all guests will also receive an exclusive discount code for the KLAEI online shop , which can be redeemed online at any time after the event.

Jewelry pop-up events can take place on Fridays or Saturdays. I will be happy to coordinate the start time with you. After agreeing on the details, you will receive an invoice from us with a small deposit (insurance in case of cancellations, see FAQ below for more information).

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the jewelry pop-up event cost?
The event itself is free!
For journeys of more than 40 km, a flat rate of 0.42€/km will be charged.
To protect against last-minute cancellations, you will also be charged €40 when booking the event. If the event takes place, you as the host will receive the full €40 back as a voucher.
How long does the event last?
I, Claudia, will be happy to be on site for you and your guests for about 2-3 hours and will be happy to advise you!
Packing up the latest at 9pm
How many people should I invite?
You should have at least 5 people, there is no upper limit. For a cozy get-together, I recommend a small to medium group size. Please note that we can only advise one person at a time!
What happens if I have to cancel the jewelry pop-up event?
Please let us know as soon as possible if the event cannot take place. Up to 72 hours in advance there will be no charge and you will receive a refund of the deposit (insurance + travel). After that we can no longer refund the deposit.
How are the selected styles calculated?
We will bring a mobile card terminal with us to the event, which accepts the most common credit and debit cards. Internet reception is therefore a must at the venue.
You are also welcome to pay in CASH, provided this has been agreed with us well in advance so that we have enough change with us.
I ordered a "made to order" / custom style at the event. What happens now?
For styles that have to be manufactured first (e.g. many from the Base Collection or custom-made items), payment is made digitally by invoice. Please note that postal delivery will also be charged in order to be able to send you the styles you ordered.
However, we are also happy to pre-produce certain styles in small quantities for the event upon request. Let us know in good time if you are interested!
