Switch to plastic plug or surgical stainless steel

For some styles, it is possible to change to plastic studs or surgical stainless steel studs upon request.

Surgical stainless steel

This special version of stainless steel binds the small amount of nickel ions (which, by the way, are present in all stainless steel, but in very small quantities, of course) even better than the rust-proof stainless steel we typically use. With 18-karat gold plating, it's also doubly safe for sensitive ears.
