Info about custom designs:

For custom designs, there are additional costs for the coordination and design effort, which will be agreed with you verbally in advance and finally by invoice. We charge the base price for the product type + any specially selected material + the custom processing time plus shipping costs.custom designs are only charged by prepayment and processed only after receipt of payment. Please note: The resulting styles can not be returned or exchanged due to their uniqueness! Important: Custom designs require time, which we do not always have. We reserve the right to refuse requests due to lack of time or without giving reasons.
