Returns

We hope that you have found your favorite piece of jewelry. But sometimes it can happen that you do not like it as much as you thought before. For a return you have to consider the following.

Returning a product

Your return must be registered with us within 14 days from the date of order and the jewelry must be returned as soon as possible. The products must not show any signs of use. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Follow these steps:

1. Fill out the cancellation form (in the link below) and send it to us. Wait until we have confirmed your return request before shipping the products.
2. Pack all products securely in one package - preferably in the original packaging - and send it back to us.

We will then check your return and refund you the amount.
