HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • The gift voucher will be sent to you by mail after your order or you can pick it up (select "Pickup" during checkout).
  • We'll label the amount, the voucher code for redemption, and the date. You'll label "From" and "For." Now you can start giving!
  • The recipient can then simply choose a workshop date and book/purchase it through the shop!
  • Tip: If you'd rather buy new favorites, the recipient can also use the voucher value as is. Simply enter the voucher code at checkout, and the amount will be deducted.

  • With the gift voucher you choose, you can purchase all the workshops and products currently featured in the shop. Since I only create small collections, it's possible that there won't be enough products available in the shop—in this case, please wait for the launch of the next collection!
  • Gift vouchers have no expiration date.
  • You can use your gift card as long as there is credit remaining on it.
  • You can use multiple gift cards at checkout.
  • You cannot purchase gift cards with gift cards.
  • The gift card balance will be deducted from the full amount of your purchase (including shipping and applicable taxes) at the end of checkout. You cannot choose a partial balance.

✦ Each piece of jewelry is individually placed on a card. The parcel only contains the delivery bill, but no invoice.

Material information

  • The jewelry is mainly made of hypoallergenic, gold-plated stainless steel, 18-carat gold-plated or silver-plated brass and lightweight polymer clay, an oven-hardening modeling clay. The exact material information can be found under each product.
  • Although the materials have been carefully selected, people with very sensitive skin are advised to wear the jewelry for a short time to rule out possible reactions.

Application instructions

  • Jewelry is intended for decorative use only and should not be worn near machinery or during strenuous physical activity.
  • Avoid contact with any liquid such as water, steam, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, oil, cleaning products and even sweat. These can discolor the jewelry or damage the surface. Therefore, bathe, shower, swim and exercise without them.

Storage instructions

  • Your jewelry doesn't like sleeping on your ears! Take it off before going to sleep to avoid breakage or bending and store it in a dry place.
  • Avoid prolonged or strong exposure to sunlight and do not leave your favorite pieces in direct sunlight. This can discolor or fade your jewelry.
  • Avoid applying excessive pressure, knocking or hitting hard surfaces and do not bend the polymer clay pieces! Your jewelry could break, become scratched or parts could come apart.
  • Keep jewelry out of reach of children and pets to prevent swallowing, damage or injury.

Care instructions

  • If your jewelry gets dirty, you can clean it carefully with a soft cloth and water with a little soap. Please note: Do not use alcohol, as this will dissolve the polymer clay!
  • You can simply soak raw brass in ketchup – yes, ketchup 😉 – for a short time and then wash it off with water.
  • Pieces with unsealed gold/silver/rose gold leaf finishes should not be cleaned or should only be cleaned very carefully!

Transport instructions

  • To avoid damage during transport, the jewelry is delivered in protective packaging. Please open it carefully so as not to damage the contents.
  • If you transport the jewelry yourself, use shock-resistant, padded packaging to prevent scratches, breakages or deformations.
  • Avoid transporting the jewelry together with heavy or sharp objects as this could cause damage.

Repairs

  • Have repairs, size adjustments or other changes carried out exclusively by the manufacturer in order to ensure the material quality and the stability of the. You can find more information here: Returns & Repairs and in our FAQ
  • Attempts to repair the jewelry yourself can cause irreparable damage and pose a safety risk.
