Returns

We hope that you have found your favorite piece of jewelry. But sometimes it can happen that you do not like it as much as you thought before. For a return you have to consider the following.

Returning a product

Your return must be registered with us within 14 days of receiving your order and the jewelry must be returned as soon as possible. The products must not show any signs of wear. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Some products are also excluded from returns.

Follow these steps:

1. Fill out the cancellation form (in the link below) and send it to us. Wait until we have confirmed your return request before shipping the products.
2. Pack all products securely in one package - preferably in the original packaging - and send it back to us.

We will then check your return and refund you the amount.
